Project Specifications and Overall Objective:

The new building for the Gilan Province Pension Organization is designed with special considerations due to its placement among high-importance buildings and the type of soil on the site. In the structural design, special provisions have been made for the heating and cooling system, which utilizes ceiling fan coil units and chillers. Additionally, energy loss is minimized by insulating the exterior surfaces and using double-glazed windows.

The project consists of five floors and six ceilings with a total built-up area of 1,575 square meters, divided into two sections: administrative offices on the first and second floors, and guest accommodations on the upper third, fourth, and fifth floors, comprising a total of six residential units. The building is constructed on a 450 square meter plot with a 1,575 square meter built-up area across five floors, featuring eight in-situ piles with a diameter of 1 meter and a height of 10 meters, and a diaphragm wall with column dimensions of 60×80 centimeters on the ground floor.

The design takes into account the local climate by incorporating sloping surfaces, creating open spaces, elevating the building above ground level to avoid humidity, separating and preventing interference among visitors within a unified and coordinated complex, and considering access, dedicated parking, green spaces, water features, and pedestrian walkways for the convenience of visitors and employees.
