Project Specifications and Overall Objective:

The objective of this project was to carry out repair, pavement, asphalt coating, and leveling of manhole covers in the urban area of District 2 in Rasht. Based on the monitoring conducted by the project consultant and the reported needs of District 2 Municipality of Rasht, and the list of implementation routes provided to the contractor, a total of 78,548.85 square meters of binder asphalt (primer) and 523,658.91 square meters of topcoat asphalt were applied across the three sub-districts of District 2.
