Project Specifications and Overall Objective:

The objective of this project was to carry out asphalt paving on an area of 87,130 square meters on streets wider than 10 meters in District 1 of Rasht Municipality. The project was performed by GEO SZAN International Company’s road construction machinery, including 5 compression trucks, 1 asphalt spreader, 1 steel wheel roller, 1 rubber wheel roller, 1 air compressor, and other related machinery and equipment, operating around the clock. Asphalt materials were provided for the designated routes, as described below:

• Gholipour Square to Jihad Square in Rasht, with a street width of 18 meters and an area of 36,000 square meters.
• The main ring of Gilan Boulevard in Golsar neighborhood of Rasht, with a width of 16 meters and an area of 24,000 square meters.
• Shahid Abedi (En’am) Alley in Rasht, with a width of 11 meters and an area of 5,830 square meters.
• The end of Street 179, the main route of the 20-meter-wide Gas Street in Golsar neighborhood of Rasht, with a width of 16 meters and an area of 17,600 square meters.
• Shahid Ansari Boulevard, the main route of Imam Reza Street, with a width of 10 meters and an area of 3,700 square meters.
