Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the project planning and control unit, and monitoring the progress of the project schedule.
- Organizing regular meetings with project execution staff and subcontractors to address potential problems and conflicts.
- Reviewing financial documents related to purchases made at the construction site.
Project Specifications and Overall Objective:
The main purpose of this project is to collect wastewater from the central part of Rasht County through pipe jacking, using a TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) in collaboration with the British company ISK, and directing it to the wastewater treatment plant in Pileh Darben, Rasht. The project involves equipping the construction site at several corridor axes along the final route of the plan and creating intermediate shafts in three different ways at some points:
- By using a vibratory device and impact hammers with imported equipment from Russia, as well as steel belts with H-section iron beams at a height of 7 meters, and excavating a cross-section with dimensions of 7×7 square meters.
- By using sliding formwork at a height of 9 meters and excavating a cross-section with dimensions of 9×9 square meters.
- By drilling consecutive and overlapping piles (plastic piles) at a height of 12 meters and excavating a cross-section with dimensions of 12×12 square meters.
After preparing the constructed shafts, pipe-jacking operations were carried out.
